  If I am buying a plan in wordpress, in there plan they said about custom domain.
  My question is…. Is it free?? Can I use ( .com , .org , .uk ) without any extra charge?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  No, it is not free.

  In order to remove the .wordpress.com URL and replace that with a domain URL you have to purchase an upgrade. See https://wordpress.com/pricing/

  What domain mapping does is providing a seamless redirect to the very same content under the new domain URL when a person clicks the old URL to the original content.

  Note that each upgrade bundle applies to a single blog only and is for a single year only when it is due to be renewed.
