About Did Not Receive Refund Within 7 Days

I Have Request on Tue, Jan 27,2015 to WordPress about Cancelling my premium upgrade of my website and after Cancelling i also get the email from the wordpress on Tue, Jan 27,2015 that your premium upgrade is cancelled & you will receive the refund of 99$ within 7 days but i did not receive my refund to my account so please immediately refund my 99$ to my account.

Please note that the refund was processed on January 27th, 2015. Please contact your bank if you still have not received it.
You can see the receipt for the refund by going to Store > Billing History in your Dashboard.
