  I am trying to use divi templates and it won’t let me. It says that I need a business level account to do so. Why can’t I upload templates.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Unless you have a wordpress.COM site with a Business plan https://wordpress.com/pricing/ you cannot install any plugins in addition to those that are built in to all of our sites. https://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/

  There is no FTP access to wordpress.COM hosted sites.
