About DMCA takedown notice

Hi, I just noticed that one of my post got removed as a result of a DMCA takedown notice since December 13th 2022. However, (1) the location of orignial materials is WordPress belongs to my friend; (2) whom I corporated with to create the content that was removed; (3) the person who submitted the DMCA form was not my friend, her name is Yen Nhi, not Mai Linh.
We agreed to post the content on both WordPress as it was a collaboration product, but I even posted it (April 10th 2021) before her (Sep 24th 2021).
So I wonder:
- If I could get my content enable as it fell under fair use;
- If DMCA does not count which content was posted first, but only removes the content based on the similarity?

Hi, I have tried to log into my WordPress account on my phone multiple times but failed as I did not receive any vertification code through SMS :( The last time I got the SMS was 10/11/2023.
