  Hi!

  I would like to purchase my own domain for my website. The payment should be either credit card or PayPal. I don’t have either. I do have PayPal but it’s still zero there.
  I was wondering if there’s other payment method for me to purchase the domain?

  Many users purchase pre-paid debit cards, and use that to purchase an upgrade. I recommend you give that a try.
