  I wants to know that I already purchased a domain from go daddy . now its connect with blogger, but at this time I need to connect with WordPress . how can I do it? Is it possible to upgrade with free plan on WordPress?

  Hi there,

  There are two ways to use a domain that you bought with another registrar. (A registrar is a company with whom you can buy domains)

  1. Domain Mapping: If you prefer to keep your domain registered with your current provider, you can use it with your WordPress.com site by domain mapping.

  2. Domain Transfer: Transferring a domain means your domain registration will be moved from your current domain provider or registrar (such as GoDaddy, 1&1, etc.) to WordPress.com.

  You need an upgraded WordPress.com plan on your site (such as a Personal, Premium, or Business plan). You can read more about our plans here.
