  I have a shopify site, I am thinking about moving it to wordpress.com ecom plan later.

  1. There are a lot of links of products already inside social media. if i move to wordpress.com ecom plan, do you have some plugin that help redirect those links to corresponding pages I setted up? like redirect to some product page?

  2. I am confused about plugins, i fear i installed it and it doesn’t work. i heard there are real human support in wordpress.com paid plan. how you guys help people with that?

  3. if i bought a ecom plan, how many site i can host with that ecom plan? 1 plan 1 site?

  We don’t have a built-in plugin that would always redirect those pages for you. But there are plugins available that could help.

  We help with the WordPress installation and can help walk you through some options. If you’re using an outside plugin or theme, sometimes you will need to work with their support team, though we do help how we can.

  Plans are per site, so yeah, one site for one plan.
