  Hello. I have read everything about erased URLs and not being possible to get the url address again.

  My question is, not even paying is it possible to get it back?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  No, it is not possible to get a domain back (even if you wanted to pay for it). Here are the reasons why WordPress.com does not recycle URLs:
