About error

My site’s social login function occurred error – ‘HTTP ERROR 500’, except for Social login function, A site works well. I answered a hosting company and Theme developer. but the function works well their situations. then the hosting company told me the problem maybe connectivity issue. and The developer said there was no problem with the theme, and he said there would be a problem with my laptop. I deleted my browser cache and tested many different things. but the problem continued to occur. And just in case, I tried my friend’s Facebook account to test my site’s social login function at his desktop. It works very well. I found a difference between the two situations.
First, I always work as a laptop in a cafe(use Wi-Fi). Second, The situations in which the function worked are wired desktops(I don’t know whether users tested in a foreign country are wired or wireless, but the function worked well).
Can anyone tell me these situations? and How should I solve this problem? -

It looks like your website is running on self hosted version of WordPress. This support forum is exclusively for WordPress.com websites.

It will be better if you can check the error logs in your server to determine what is causing the error. You can share the details with your web developer to correct thr issues.
