Sometimes your bank may block the transaction, even if your card works for other purchases. I can see you’ve chatted with us about this, and my colleague has sent you a link to manual payment. Have you had a chance to use that?
If you still have issues with your card, please contact your bank to confirm that they are not blocking transactions from WordPress.com. Also, make sure that your card is valid for online and international transactions.

Thanks for the reply.Yes, I’d used the link to manual payment. But, still I’m unable to make payment.
I also contacted my bank to confirm that they are not blocking transactions from WordPress.com and they said that they weren’t blocking such things.Please advise ASAP.

I talked to our billing team to see if we had any more information about the errors you’re seeing, but, unfortunately, we don’t.
Some options that come to mind are: using a one-time credit card or asking a friend to make a payment on your behalf. Other than that, I’m afraid we don’t have many options.
