  Hello,
  I would like to know why some email of renewal are sent to : (email visible only to moderators and staff) I sold he compagny and now they are receiving on that email some renewals of domain that i own but i dont understand why. In all my settings the email is : (email visible only to moderators and staff) or (email visible only to moderators and staff) .

  Also, i am now able to renew a domain that will expire on 18 of March.. named: punchmedia.com I dont know why the option is not showing to use my credit card. But people who receive the notice of renewal at : (email visible only to moderators and staff) send me the link even when logged i canot renew…

  I simply dont want any email sent to: (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  Please help me.

  I do not see any upgrades, including domain registrations, for the account francisdurocher.

  It looks like your domain upgrade for punchmedia.com is still owned by the user at the email address you provided. If they contact us, or post in this thread, we can transfer the upgrade to you so you can renew the domain, and then update the WHOIS information as well.
