About gallery

  hey,

  I’m preparing a site for someone offline and on one of the pages I added a gallery, which looks great by the way.
  I recently added “simple lightbox” to make it more nice looking, but a little issue entered into the gallery.

  Although I only added 4 pics to the gallery and only 4 pics show on the page the lightbox will give me 5 pics. The fifth pics is one of the pics I used to create a link in the side column, nothing to do with the page itself and/or the gallery I added.

  How come? Is this a problem happened before? How do I fix this?

  I did go to the media galleries and checked everything, i believe there is to check out. The extra pic is not linked to the page at all and is no part of the gallery.

  Hi Sven, is it possible you are talking about a site not hosted on WordPress.com? Could you post the URL so we can check?

  If by chance it isn’t a WordPress.com site, you’ll have to seek support over at the forum for self-hosted blogs @ http://wordpress.org/support/

  If by odd chance it IS a site on WordPress.com, any photos you upload together at the same time into a post or page, regardless of where you actually use it, will be displayed in the Gallery. You’ll have to use the “exclude” parameter to remove it.
