  Dear wordpress members,
  sorry for the recently email I send it by mistake!
  we are a business company and we need to aske you related to the host, the question is can we purchase the site in perpetual license and the hosting we are responsible for it?

  The hosting is entirely on WordPress.com even with the free plan. You can add your custom domain to your site, using any of our paid plans:-
