about import

halo,i am trying to import the wordpress,but i got the ‘import failed’ email yesterday, and it mention the error code 500. I gonna try it again today, but the page said that I’m still import the old wordpress.
‘We’re processing your import now and will send you an email when it’s all done. If you don’t hear from us within 24 hours, please contact support, and we’ll get everything fixed.’
so what should i do now? I’m the new user of wordpress, thanks a lot.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Where is the export file from please?
How large is the XML file?Sometimes the importer gets stuck.

Hi @tropicalyu, actually your Xanga importer is clear right now. Can you try again? Make sure you’re uploading the files in order, and that should help.
