    I’m thinking of installing from https://www.kanetuu.co.jp/. I selected Import Content from the tools and executed it, but I couldn’t get the message ‘It looks like we’re unable to reach that website address at this time. (ID: ff063286-5bc7-42c1-b1a0-17b5eb05e7d2)’.

    Hi there!

    Sorry about the issue you’re having.

    Sadly migrating from Wix can be difficult because they use a closed system and do not provide a way on their end to export content to WordPress sites. This is clear on their export support page, which does not actually show you how to export content

    The error message you describe is known to our developers, and they are investigating a fix, but I will be honest in saying we are having difficulty in making headway. I apologize that this is standing in your way of moving your content onto our service.

    On our end, we will continue to see what we can do to address this issue. In the meantime, other WordPress site owners have reported success in using the “RSS Import” method discussed here: https://themeisle.com/blog/transfer-from-wix-to-wordpress/

    If you give that method a try, it should import most of your content (though not your visual design) over to our service. Hope that helps. Please let us know if you have any more questions.
