  why can’t people those who don’t have website in wordpress can’t like or comment.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Liking a WordPress.COM blog post requires a WordPress.COM account but commenting on blog does not require WordPress.COM mandatorily. It depends on whether the blog owner is allowing anyone to comment or only WordPress.COM users to comment.

  If you allow anyone to comment, you can choose whether the name and email fields are required or not.
