  Please let me know how to setup my about me page.And lately when I’m browsing through the wordpress posted sites when I click on a site to read their message it takes me to another whole different place than wordpress,I just thought I would mention that in case no one else had.I don’t yet know a lot about computers but if you could please explain how to get About Me on it’s own page I went to add new page,but my picture and description are on the same page with my post.Thanks Pat

  On your dashboard, instead of clicking ‘New Post’, click the arrow next to it and choose ‘New Page’.

  Then you’ll need to add the Pages widget to your sidebar too.
