About me page

When I click on About Me, it tells me it can’t find the page. It’s on Dashboard, I can view it on Dashboard, but I can’t see it on my published blog. Could someone help, please?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Unfortunately, I cleared everything out – cookies and all – and the page still doesn’t display.

You have not specfied which blog you are referring to.
Both of thes About pages which are deviod of any blogger created content are displaying for me in Firfox 14.0.1

These are the troubleshooting steps we take whenever any issues like this arise:

trying another browserIf those do not work for you then we need to know
(1) how you are connecting to the internet and to WordPress.com. The way you connect to the internet (mobile, satellite, DSL, dial-up) and to your blog, and how many proxy server jumps etc. it takes to connect can cause problems. There maybe be problems with your ISP and/or with the proxy servers. Also note that the main dashboard isn’t designed to work with touch devices through the tablet and smartphone browsers.(2) exactly which browser and version of it are you using. I’m sorry, but you have to speak clear un-computerese English to me. I have no idea what you are talking about. I don’t know how to do these things.
I have DSL and Internet Explorer 7, I believe. And I can’t make heads or tails of the http://whatsmyuseragent.com/ site you referred me to.

When you say it doesn’t display, do you mean you can’t find a link to it in your header or sidebar? Use the Pages widget.

Sorry, what you just asked is how to get rid of the page, while up to this point you were complaining that the page doesn’t show. Make up your mind please! -

1) I mean that when you click on “About Me” it comes back and says it can’t find the page. However, in Dashboard it is there, and you can view it. On the public page, you get the error message.
2) I asked several times how to get rid of the extra sites –

3) I followed all of the steps you outlined to get the page to display – deleting cookies, check Flash, etc., etc. Nothing helped. I use DSL and Internet Explorer 8. I tried Mozilla, too, and it didn’t make any difference.

I can’t figure out where to go to download IE9 and Microsoft is closed.
What about changing my URL? How do I do that? I have asked that several times, too.

I note that you have not del;eted the Anout pages you were on about. Why is that? All you have to do is exactly what I stated above. Click the links I provided you with above and hover over the About Page and click “Trash”.
