About me widget
-
Hi
How do I add the about me widget just on my front page? I tried adding it but it also appears on my other pageThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi,
Just go to your widgets section, ‘expand’ your about.me widget then you’ll notice a ‘visibility’ button, once clicked it will give you the option of ‘show’ if… or ‘hide’ if with other variables.

So, do I for example say hide if on about me page? Is that how I do it?
Sorry I am not very technical! -
Yes, that would be best, (as I noticed your home page is not a static page so it is your posts page) when/if you add any more pages, you can choose to ‘hide’ it on them as well. :)

Almost forgot, if you don’t want it showing when ‘viewing’ an individual ‘post‘, you would also mark ‘hide’ page if type is ‘post’. There can be many ‘variables’ needed as you will notice a blue add and another choice of ‘hide’ will appear

Not sure if this is the right place to post my question or whether I should start a new thread, but my question is regarding widgets.
My ‘Follow Nilla on Facebook’ widget truncates and hides the right-side. I’ve changed the CSS code for the columns, but can’t seem to get that extra padding on the right-side, any ideas?
This is my site: http://imageearthblog.com/2015/06/17/the-mysterious-plain-of-jars-phonsavanh/#more-1963
Also, this is the code:.site-content {
margin: 0 27.9% 0 0;
}.site-main .widget-area {
width: 26%;
}Any help would be great!

Post it in the CSS forum topic Nilla, you can find it here and they do prefer new thread questions to be created https://en.forums.wordpress.com/forum/css-customization
all the best.
