Hello guys i want to ask you if i can get some money from my site with banners from bet sites or from ADS google service. If i can then is it easy to explain me how can i add the banners?!!

No you cannot initiate any advertising on your blog. There is an advertising program called WordAds and aside from it no blogger initiated advertising, retailing or reselling the work or products created or services provided by anyone other than yourself is allowed on free hosted wordpress.COM blogs. E-commerce transactions via shopping carts and the like cannot be conducted on free blogs from and being free hosted by wordpress.COM

Changing the site name changes nothing in the links @TT gave you – you need to follow all the terms in the links given above as long as you are hosted on WordPress.COM – the name does not make any difference.
