  Can you give me a few more details about what you want to do exactly? It shouldn’t be necessary to close anything; there’s usually an easier way. :)

  In this case, you should simply change your username:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/change-your-username/

  You can also delete your blog if you like, but if you do, you won’t be able to reuse its address.
