  I haven’t received any refund of my domain cancelation, my domain name is gistsbarz.com

  Hi there!

  Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, but some banks outside of the United States may require more time to process the refund.

  In some cases, you will not see a separate refund listed on your statement, but the original charge will be removed instead – this was likely the case here.

  I’m seeing a refund that was processed 2020-04-29. Given your geographic location, I suspect that the refund will take on the long end of the normal timeframe (could be 10-14 days). You can call your bank for more information.

  I’m afraid once we process the refund on our end, it is up to the bank to get the refund back to your account.
