About my new subscribers on my WordPress blog

hello,please people have been telling me they have subscribed to my blog and are also showing me proof,but they are not getting any email link for confirmation and my email subscriber count is also not increasing, what can I do?

I see 35 WordPress.com and 3 email subscribers for that site.
Can you give us the email addresses of the people that reported not getting any confirmation email? Then we can check if we sent those on our end. Type each email address on its own line, and it will be visible only to staff.
If someone who has a WordPress.com account subscribes to your site, they will not be listed under email followers. They will be listed under followers, even if they chose to receive email notifications. Only people who don’t have a WordPress.com account and who subscribes to your site will appear under email followers.

I don’t see any subscriptions for either of those emails, so if they tried following your site with those addresses, it didn’t submit properly.
Please ask them to clear their browser cache, then type that into your site’s follow blog widget again, and submit. They should see a success message directly in the widget once they do that, and get a confirmation email a few minutes later.
