    I just got the proffessional domain and paid the annual fee.. there is something that says free for 3 months then pay a fee per month? I am just making sure I am not paying more over this year that I paid the entire annual fee upfront ?

    I see that you upgraded your site to the WordPress.com Business plan. You paid for a year, which comes with one year of free domain registration for the first year. So you weren’t charged for the domain registration. From the next year onwards, you will be charged for the domain and the WordPress.com Business plan.

    Regarding the Professional Email, the first three months are free, so you weren’t charged anything for this either. However, a renewal fee will be applied on or around October 19th, covering the remaining nine months of service. You’ll be charged a prorated amount for this.

    In other words, you will pay for nine months of Professional Email service after the three free months are over.

    Next year, you will be charged the full price for a full year’s subscription at the time of renewal.
