  Refunds usually take about 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

  Hi there,

  I can see we issued a refund seven days ago. As @austinsangs mentioned, refunds can take up to 10 days to appear in your account. It can also take longer if you are with a non-US bank. Wait a few more days and if you’re still not seeing them, then follow up with your bank directly on this. You can provide them the transaction ID that appears in the refund receipt as a reference.
