About mystique theme

  How do I activate the theme “Mystique” in Dashboard? Or, This theme is not allowed to use?

  I’ve downloaded the plus files from Mystique, How could I start it?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  At wordpress.com the only themes we can use are under Appearance in your dashboard.

  We are not able to use themes from the internet.
