'about' not appearing on header or home page

  th ‘about’ page exists – i can view it as admin – but i want my readers to be able to see it too!
  How can i put th title back in th header? (i think i accidentally removed it)

  You can customize your navigation menu to your liking by using the Custom Menus feature at Appearance -> Menus.
