  update my page, it says check my email to confirm address. Nothing is coming through my email

  Hi,

  Updating a page would not ordinarily require confirmation of email address. It may have been a temporary glitch. I’d ignore it unless your page has not updated properly. Are you the site owner/administrator? Has this happened only once? Have you recently changed the account email address?
