about page

  Hi there, not sure how to put this because it’s all new still. I have written an about page on myself but when I look at my site I can’t find it. Where is it? Other people must be able to see it because it’s on my stats. Also how do I create a button to click to get straight back to the home page please?

  Please make sure you include your blog’s URL when you post a question, or link your nickname to your blog as explained in the Sticky “8 Things to Know”.

  1. If you’ve published your About page, you need to add the Pages Widget (since the theme you’re using has no header page tabs).

  2. In all WP blogs, the name of the blog (in the header) is a link back to the home page. You can add a note re that in a text widget.

  Or you can create a page whose name will be the link to your blog. Note that the title of the link must include a space (i.e. two words, or a word and a space).

  You’re welcome. Note that you can go to Widgets and drag the Pages widget to the top (perhaps a more reasonable place for your Homepage tab).
