About Page Editing Difficulty

  On the About Page for my “Innovating Healthcare” blog, I am unable to edit the web address without it automatically sending me to “add another blog.” I am unable to edit this page and would like to find out how to do so. I am also unable to view anything in the preview setting when determining themes, or viewing a post before publishing.

  There’s a wide-spread issue evidenced by the multiple active threads on the front page of this forum and beyond reporting the same issue for the last 24 hours.
