about pages /main page appareance)

hello again, i was looking for an option in my dashboard but i didnt find it (at least that is what i think), im trying to make my blog´s appareance with pages, i mean, if i post 50 articles my main page will look very very large, i have been seeing anothers blogs and i can see an option that said “click here to go previous pages” and i click it, i get sent to a “previous page” that has another “click here to go previous page” and so on..
how can i do this with my blog? im trying to keep it “clear” with this option.
examples (spanish blogs):
mines:
uniganu.wordpress.comdesirable blog look a like:
trinityatierra.com
look at the bottom of the desirable blog, it appears “<< entrada anteriores” “entradas siguientes>>” that means something like “previous posts” and “next posts”
