Child pages will not appear in the navigation bar, only in your pages widget.
How many pages are you planning to have? -

They are not fitting in the top bar. Is there a reason you dislike your pages widget?
It looks like you are making VEIKLA into an index of your other pages?I’m wondering if you are confusing pages and posts?

Your only post now is Sapporo žvaigždė
Your page Mažoji plastika is very long and seems to contain various articles within it. You could make Dantis, Kopėčios, Saldi vakystė, Reikėjo berniukams … into separate posts and assign them to the category ‘Mažoji plastika’ Then on your index page, you could provide a link to all the posts that are categorized as ‘Mažoji plastika’ -

Sorry, incomplete thought.
Instead of an index page, you could use a categories widget. The categories widget works only with posts, not with pages, though. -
O.k. It is difficult to explain that I am doing, but I will try to find right way out ;)

Sorry I was not of help.
Perhaps start again, ignoring the technical aspects: What do you want your blog to look like. What is the blog meant to do?
