I tried to buy your service (for one year) by 1560 NT dollars today, and paid by credit card, but the payment has been refused by your system. However, at the same time, my credit card has been charged for 29 NT dollars by a company ‘wpchrg com’. Is that your company? What can i do know? I have phoned my credit card company, and they have confirmed my credit is normal. The earlier charges were rejected by your bank. But I see the latest attempt succeeded, and the upgrade is no active on your account.
The $1 charges you see are authorisation charges, and is a standard practice when charging to a card issued by a non-US bank to test whether the card is valid and whether it allows international payments. Those charges are cancelled again immediately, but it may still reflect on your credit card statement for a few days, or up to a full billing cycle, depending on how your bank handles that.
