    I haven’t got money in my account I will make a payment as soon as I got money in my account I don’t know if that is alright and is there any direct telephone number to just call directly as it will be easier to call sometimes for me

    Hi adebolaadejumo41,

    The account you are contacting us from hasn’t been used to purchase any upgrades, so it sounds like you have another WordPress.com account. Could you try logging out of WordPress.com, then log back in using the email address your renewal reminder was sent to?

    Please don’t share any transaction IDs or card details on these forums — I should be able to see the upgrade once you have logged in to and replied from the correct account. Then we can go from there :)
