  If i go for premium plan. Do i have to pay 6999 anually every year or it is just a one time investment with only domain renew and other small maintainence charges?

  The said amount of Rs 6999 is the WordPress.com Premium plan charges that you will have to pay every year. It’s not a one-time payment.

  The custom domain that comes for free with your WordPress.com plan will be renewed every year for free, as long as you are subscribed to one of the paid WordPress.com plans.
