  i want to know few points please give detailed response
  1. what is the deference between besic plan (200 pm and jackpot 280 pm)
  2.how can i monetize my site.
  3.how can i create login/signup for users
  4 i want after opening my site any one can visit if he /she download any thing then will be login required
  5.after taking any plan then for hosting another payment is needed.

  I’m not sure what you’re referring to. We don’t have plans with those names on WordPress.com. We also don’t offer monthly plans – all plans are billed for a full year in advance.

  This would require use of a membership plugin. Plugins can only be used on our Business and eCommerce plans.
