  i have no Plugin option in my dashboard why i am having lots of problem due to that

  The option isn’t there as we can’t use plugins on WordPress.com and there is NO upgrade that will give you that ability. http://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/

  If you want to use plugins you’ll need to buy your own domain and hosting and set up a self-hosted site using the WordPress.org software: http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  Hosting
