  I made a free wordpress website yesterday, i want to add a new plug in to the dashboard but it is not open.can you help me?

  Aloha ecetmoc, While WordPress.com offers a lot of plugin functionality, you cannot add your own plugins or themes; this is only available on the self-hosted version of WordPress.org.
