  I had already published the post but the problem is that the person who opens my website http://www.syedayanmojib.wordpress.com
  He is not able to see the post

  Have you confirmed your site’s privacy settings are set to Plublic? Is this the only post not showing or are there others as well? There is also a visibility setting for each post. Something the individual post is not set to Public.
