  Hi,
  I just posted my first blog.
  I have different menus categories and I would like this post to be part of one of the menus.
  For example: This 1st post is about food > when you click on ‘Food’ in the menus, I would like this post to appear.
  How should I do?

  You will want to make a category for each of your “about” topics. Label each post with the appropriate category. Create a custom menu with your primary categories as menu items.
