How do I redirect my blog?

  I just purchased the upgrade to redirect my blog viveokey.wordpress.com to blog.okey.mx and I read an error (forbbiden access to the server).

  What should I do?
  Blog url: http://viveokey.wordpress.com/

  You’ll need to contact your hosting provider for blog.okey.mx, as that blog isn’t hosted here at WordPress.com. Once you get that resolved, you can change your primary domain back to blog.okey.mx to enable the redirect.
