Hiii,
I requested you to refund my money on 18/12/2018. But i have not received any amount yet. When you said that in 7 working days, i will get a refund. Please inform me when i will get a refund.

Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to show on your statement, although international refunds (outside the US) can take a few extra days to arrive.

@ratneshsonar, you requested a refund within hours of the initial purchase. It was likely just voided by your bank, in which case it won’t show as a refund OR as an initial purchase.

Can you confirm with them?

Hi,
Sir, now it has been 16 days. but i did not get any refund yet. I have also talked to the bank employee that no refund credit has been done in my account. please help me and refund my amount asap.
