  I removed Jetpack Boost subscription but I even can’t receive partial refund. I also can’t see the plan on my profile now. You removed completely a thing that I paid without any refund. How to fix that?

  We only offer a full refund within the first 14 days of your subscription. After this period, the subscription is not eligible for a refund, even if you cancel it.

  I restored your Jetpack Boost subscription to your account and you can use it til the end of its subscription as you will see in your account.
