About refund

Hi,
Today I ordered premium plan for my account, but I did not like the options I got. So I canceled it and submitted for refund. Will I get all the money I payed back?
And also I canceled my domain: ligavelina.com . I noticed that I can not use it in other sites. How can I make this domain available for use in other websites?

Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner. Hello –
We have issued a full refund for the original purchase price. These funds should reach you in about ten days.
The domain was canceled and it will be available again to use somewhere else in about 5 days. If you need to use this domain immediately we will need to add it back to your account first. Then you can edit the DNS to point it to another service.
