about refund

    hey!
    due to some reasons I cancelled your product purchase on same day worth of amount INR 16704.00. I got email also regarding cancelation and refund that claim my money sent back within 7-10 days. but today even after 14 days I am waiting for my money. my payment was done through debit card (RuPay).

    Hi –

    We did process that refund as you mentioned. On 2018-08-14 a refund of 16,704 ₹ was sent back your way.

    If the funds have not appeared in the account then you will want to follow up directly with the financial provider involved. Sometimes they’ll take 1-2 billing cycles to get the money back to you. Since we have released the money to them, we can no longer track it. Please follow up with them about this.
