  Hi there,

  I don’t see any purchases ever made to the account you’re contacting us from. However, if you’re waiting for a refund from WordPress.com please note that they usually take about 10 business days to appear in your account, but it depends on the processing times at your bank. It can also take longer if you are with a non-US bank.
