  Hi there,

  Refunds usually take about five to ten business days to appear on your statement.

  Still
  You can see a receipt for the refund with a transaction number from your billing history:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/

  If you haven’t received the refund yet, please follow up directly with your bank, and give them the transaction ID from the refund receipt as a reference.

  Hi biwakomoon,

  Just following up on the information @neelgajjar provided. I wanted to confirm the refund was successfully sent from our side on the 13th December. International refunds (to banks outside the US) can take a little longer than 5-10 business days to arrive, but it should reach you around then.
