    Hi I just cancelled my subscription with wordpress. It was gurbhakotnews.com. before I paid by my visa debit card so how can I get it refund. Kindly tell me the process please.

    Hi there,

    Please note to get a refund, you need to cancel your upgrade plan within 30 days of purchase and domain registration with 48 hours of purchase.

    If you are in refund period as stated above then you will be refunded to the same payment method you used for your purchase. After processing, refunds usually take about ten days to appear on your statement. For credit card refunds, it could take up to 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to show up. International refunds can take even longer to reach you. Your financial institution is going to be able to tell you when to expect the refund and how it will be listed on
    your statement.

    Hi there,

    We’ve already issued your refund when you cancelled your upgrades. You should receive the full refund in about 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
