About refunding (cancel purchases)

Hi, i have canceled order for a service, and have applied for a refund. But, until today i haven’t get any refund to my account.
Please advise. Thanks!

Hi there,
You will be refunded to the same payment method you used for your purchase. After processing, refunds usually take about a week to appear on your statement. For credit card refunds, it may take 5-7 business days to appear on your online bank account or in 1-2 billing statements. Information found here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/

Refunds have time limits. WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours.
Note: It takes 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.
You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, cancel any upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew. Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. You can also disable auto-renew there. http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#canceling-upgrades

Hi there,
Renewal payments can only be refunded by staff. Cancelling an upgrade after it renews does not automatically issue a refund.
I’ve now refunded your mapping upgrade. You should receive the refund in about 5-7 business days, as @mariahpierson indicated.
