about "Rowling" template, colours

Hello to all!
I need some help….
I have chosen the subject “Rowling” because it fits perfectly with what I have in my mind to create.
But, while I added it to my selected topics in the dashboard, when I try to adjust and choose another color pallete I do not see anywhere in the customize menu bar (on the left) the “color change”
But in the info about this template, I read that there are 4 available pallets.
How can I get some of these palletes?
At this time the colors of the subject appear only gray and black and I do not like it at all.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi pitrari – colour palettes are a WordPress.com feature, but it looks like your site is not hosted here. On a self-hosted version of Rowling, you’d need custom CSS to make changes to the look and feel.
